# Decisions, not just screens.

Design systems and product experience for multi-product SaaS. Every case shows the decisions I made, why, and what they cost.

- [NxtPeople: A design system for a multi-product HR SaaS](https://www.superflow.design/work/nxtpeople.md): One design system now supports multiple products and a separate brand. Product teams build new screens from shared components instead of designing from scratch.
- [GoTemp: One design system, a second brand](https://www.superflow.design/work/gotemp.md): GoTemp launched as a distinct brand with its own light, recognisable look, separate from NxtPeople. Every screen is made from the same set of reusable shadcn components, and each one has written specs for its states and behaviour. Colours, type and spacing are set once in Figma as tokens and carried into the live product automatically, so one change updates every screen.
- [MeetDistrict: One digital journey from guest booking to membership](https://www.superflow.design/work/meetdistrict.md): The work established a shared strategy, a SaaS foundation and a design system for consistent delivery. It also supported marketing the renewed platforms and strengthening pricing strategy.
- [AGO Jobs & HR — SalesBuddy: SalesBuddy — better client conversations on the road](https://www.superflow.design/work/ago-jobs-hr.md): Recruiters adopted SalesBuddy as a practical assistant on the road, valuing its simplicity and reminders.
- [Vectr: Making data and AI feel human](https://www.superflow.design/work/vectr.md): The result was a fresh, modern and visually appealing website, reviewed against what a visitor would expect to find. A clearer service story, readable articles and more substantial cases made the offer easier to explore without losing its technical substance.
- [The Leaders Ship: Positioning coaching trips through sailing](https://www.superflow.design/work/the-leaders-ship.md): A website for The Leaders Ship, supported by collaborative workshops on the proposition and market positioning.
- [Argon AV: A fresh identity for audiovisual event concepts](https://www.superflow.design/work/argonav.md): A fresh, modern brand identity and website aligned with the existing logo and the ambition to offer audiovisual concepts for business events.
- [Diagnose Car: Learning automotive procedures through mixed reality](https://www.superflow.design/work/diagnose-car.md): The application demonstrated how mixed reality could support automotive education, with schools joining the initiative. Smartphone and tablet versions were planned to broaden access.
- [Colora: Bringing personalised paint advice into customers’ homes](https://www.superflow.design/work/colora.md): Colora’s field advisors use the app during customer visits. A trusted development partner implemented the UI, with ongoing improvements managed together with the client.
- [Abilitee: Making complex VR training easier to create](https://www.superflow.design/work/abilitee.md): The concept and interface were refined through internal and client testing. The application was ultimately discontinued in production because creating and maintaining customised 3D environments required too much manual work.
- [ZF Windpower: Bringing a wind turbine gearbox to life in augmented reality](https://www.superflow.design/work/zf-windpower.md): The iPad experience let visitors explore the gearbox and its specifications, with an information form sending enquiries to ZF’s sales team for follow-up.
- [Nimbuz: Bringing expertise together for the right client match](https://www.superflow.design/work/nimbuz.md): The work delivered website design support for Nimbuz through UX prototypes, content strategy, UI design and a design system.
- [Napoleon Games: Turning a phone into a pinball controller](https://www.superflow.design/work/napoleon-games.md): Iterative testing produced a working prototype that the team developed into a web game. My role connected concept and brand design with UX, technical analysis and delivery, coordinating the Unity developers, web developer and client-side product owner around the same interaction.
- [VDAB — VR job-fair assessment: Exploring construction skills through virtual reality](https://www.superflow.design/work/vdab.md): The VR assessment brought practical construction tasks to job fairs, offering candidates and employers a clearer view of the potential match.
- [Nostalgeo: Bringing historical photographs into the present](https://www.superflow.design/work/nostalgeo.md): The work developed the concept and interface for exploring historical scenes through AR and investigating simpler image mapping, with a Leuven-focused MVP for real-world evaluation.
- [Skill-Up: Connecting therapists and patients through guided exercise](https://www.superflow.design/work/skillup.md): The platform supports therapists sharing exercise programmes and tracking patient progress, with a more streamlined experience across desktop and mobile.
- [Panasonic: Helping customers choose the right battery](https://www.superflow.design/work/panasonic.md): The app combined battery recommendations with an AR experience featuring Spider-Man. Testing also established a clear limit for the proposed scanning feature.
- [CEPA: Bringing Antwerp’s dockworker allocation process online](https://www.superflow.design/work/cepa.md): The work translated strategic and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes and initial UI designs, which the development team built.
- [VDAB — AR masonry training: AR guidance that waits for the craft](https://www.superflow.design/work/vdab-ar-masonry.md): The pilot ran for several months in two VDAB training centres and was well received. VDAB subsequently rolled it out to additional training centres across Flanders. The AR Instruction Overlay project by VDAB, RMDY and Odisee received Computable’s Best ICT Project award in 2019.
- [BMW: Exploring the BMW 3 Series through augmented reality](https://www.superflow.design/work/bmw.md): The project produced an AR proof of concept and UI design for exploring the BMW 3 Series as a configurable 3D vehicle.
- [Xpectrum: Making food screening results easier to understand](https://www.superflow.design/work/xpectrum.md): The engagement provided UX definition and UI design for Xpectrum’s food-screening application, supported by wireframing and usability testing.
- [City of Antwerp — Digipolis: A clearer path from damage report to claim payment](https://www.superflow.design/work/damage-claims.md): The resulting design provided a clearer path from damage reporting to payment, shaped by the people managing cases daily. Validated wireframes became a complete UI package for the development team, including the reasoning behind the decisions.
- [Technopolis: Bringing virtual paragliding into the physical world](https://www.superflow.design/work/technopolis.md): The installation let visitors experience a virtual flight while being physically lifted and using handles to steer, with wind and water adding sensory effects.
- [Intris: Making complex freight logistics easier to navigate](https://www.superflow.design/work/intris.md): Over three years, stakeholders aligned around the changes. An external group of around ten transport-sector users tested prototypes, and feedback informed designs used in two-week development sprints.
- [Immoweb: Making mobile property search easier to navigate](https://www.superflow.design/work/immoweb.md): Stakeholder insights became wireframes and initial designs that the development team built and tested, laying the foundation for an improved mobile experience.
- [Royal Belgian Football Association: Clearer navigation for Belgian football fans and members](https://www.superflow.design/work/kbvb.md): The engagement supported the RBFA information app and the temporary 1895 Fan App, which connected supporters during the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, alongside desktop interfaces.
